Downloads are generated when you ask for them and are never stored on our servers.

Deleting your account removes this data too. Download your copy first — once the deletion completes it cannot be recovered.

What gets deleted
- ×Your profile: name, email, phone number and photo
- ×Your attendance history, including clock-in and clock-out records
- ×Leave requests, penalties and any notes attached to you
- ×For parents: your link to your children and their pickup records
- ×Your devices and push notification registrations
- ×Saved preferences and notification settings
What is kept, and why
- •Anonymised attendance totals — they no longer identify you, and removing them would corrupt your institution’s historical reporting
- •Financial and payroll records — Nigerian tax and employment law requires these to be retained by your employer
- •Security and audit logs — kept for a limited period to investigate abuse, then purged
